​To ensure a relaxing and premium experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies.

1. Punctuality & Appointments​

​We value your time and aim to provide each guest with a full, unhurried experience.

​Grace Period: If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate you, though your appointment may be treated as a walk-in to stay on schedule for following guests.

​Cancellations: After three missed appointments without prior notice, we will gladly welcome you as a walk-in guest for future visits.

​2. Our Service Guarantee

​Satisfaction: Your happiness is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, color, or technician, please let a manager know during your visit so we can make it right immediately.

​Refunds: While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to quality.

​Complimentary Repairs: If your gel chips or an enhancement breaks due to application within 48 hours, please contact us for a complimentary repair within 7 days. (Please note: this does not cover changes of heart regarding color/shape or damage from forceful impact).

​3. Shaping & Length Customization

​Because every nail bed is unique, specialty shapes and extra length require additional time and product.

​Specialty Shapes: A modest fee applies for Almond, Coffin, Ballerina, Stiletto, or Tapered Square.

​Length Charges: Fees range from $5 to $30 based on the complexity and structure needed to keep your nails strong and beautiful. These also apply to refills to ensure your nails remain balanced as they grow.

​4. Gift Certificates

​Cloud Nine gift certificates are a wonderful way to share the relaxation! They are valid for one year from purchase and are non-refundable.

​5. Personal Belongings

​For your comfort, we provide bag hangers at every station. Please keep your valuables with you, as the salon cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
